Emerald Event Rentals offers delivery, setup, and breakdown services to Austin and the surrounding central Texas area starting at $75. Delivery fees are based on distance from our location. If the renter is unavailable to receive the equipment at the scheduled delivery or pickup time, an additional delivery charge may apply. Additional fees may also apply for specific delivery or pickup windows, including late-night or early-morning service.

Whether your event is hosted at a private residence, wedding venue, corporate office, or outdoor location, our delivery team ensures timely drop-off, setup, and pickup.
The renter is responsible for all rented equipment. This includes liability for missing items (regardless of the cause, including theft), damage due to improper use, exceeding the equipment’s rated ability, deviation from manufacturer instructions, damage from self-pickup or drop-off, vandalism, intentional mishandling, or any violation of the rental agreement. Usage of staples, nails, pins, tape, heat, glitter or glue on rental equipment without explicit permission from an Emerald employee is prohibited.
No, Emerald Event Rentals LLC does not provide permitting services. All responsibilities related to obtaining necessary permits for the event fall on the renter.
Payment in full is required in order to reserve your rental equipment and time on the schedule. No equipment or spot on our schedule is secured until payment is received.
Cancellations or order quantity decreases of more than 25% are subject to a refund schedule based on the proximity to the delivery date:
Increases in order quantity after the initial reservation cannot be guaranteed, and adjustments to the delivery date are subject to availability.
