Emerald Rentals offers an optional delivery and pickup service for a flat rate of $75, covering locations within a 15-mile radius of 3707 Menchaca Rd, Austin, TX, 78704. For locations beyond this radius, an additional charge of $0.50 per mile each way applies. If the renter is unavailable to receive the equipment at the scheduled time, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.

The renter is responsible for all rented equipment. This includes liability for missing items (regardless of the cause, including theft), damage due to improper use, exceeding the equipment’s rated ability, deviation from manufacturer instructions, damage from self-pickup or drop-off, vandalism, intentional mishandling, or any violation of the rental agreement. Usage of staples, nails, pins, tape, heat, or glue on rental equipment without explicit permission from an Emerald employee is prohibited.

No, Emerald Event Rentals LLC does not provide permitting services. All responsibilities related to obtaining necessary permits for the event fall on the renter.

Payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your rental items.

Cancellations or order quantity decreases of more than 25% are subject to a refund schedule based on the proximity to the delivery date:

    • More than 90 days before: No penalty.
    • 90 to 31 days before: 25% of the cancelled order or decrease amount is charged.
    • 30 to 11 days before: 50% of the cancelled order or decrease amount is charged.
    • 10 days or less before: 100% of the order or decrease amount is charged.

Increases in order quantity after the initial reservation cannot be guaranteed, and adjustments to the delivery date are subject to availability.
