Must have 30' x 30'  of Flat, level space with no obstructions above it to properly stake the tent in order to secure it from wind. We drive 40" stakes into the ground and require the customer to identify and mark any sprinkler or utility lines on site prior to the setup date. If staking is not an option, water barrels are available but require on site water to be available and do come with an extra cost. If no water is on site, concrete blocks can be used but also come with additional costs. Failure to provide a proper site or inform Emerald Rentals of any potential issues prior to the setup date may result in Emerald Rentals refusing to install the tent without refunding your tent rental, as we have lost a day when it can be rented to another customer.
