I’ll be honest, I probably changed my order five different times, and every single time Ethan handled it with patience, flexibility, and professionalism. That level of customer service is hard to find, and I truly appreciated it. I also did my homework and reached out to several other rental companies before booking, and Emerald was by far the most reasonably priced. Some companies were charging well above double for the exact same items, so the value here really can’t be beat. They were also right on time for both delivery and pickup, which means everything when you’re coordinating an entire event. I would absolutely use Emerald Event Rentals again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a gathering or celebration.
